4/13/15 This week I decided to do my science discovery on thrust. Thrust is the reaction of force described by Sir Isaac Newton`s second and third laws. It is when a system expels or accelerates mass in one direction, the accelerated mass will cause a force of equal magnitude but opposite force on that system. The force applied on a surface in one direction perpendicular or normal to the surface is called thrust. Thrust is measured in the International System of Units.
4/28/15 This week I decided to do my science discovery on the gun-shell. A gun-shell is a payload carrying projectile which is apposed as shot. It contains explosives or other filling. Originally it was called a bombshell, bu shell has become unambiguous in the Military. All the explosive projectiles where originally called grenades. Shells are usually large shell projectiles usually found in artillery. Also in combat vehicles tanks and warships.
