My sciences discovery is on a giraffe. A giraffe usually lives in African savannas, grasslands, or open woodlands. When ever a giraffe takes a drink it is its most dangerous time because it is not keeping a look out for predators. A giraffe has the same amount of vertebrae as the human neck. You can tell what the gender of the giraffe is by looking at their horns. A female has smaller horns than the males. The spots on the giraffe are for their camouflage. a giraffe weighs about 1,400 kilograms(3,087 lbs.) Their scientific name is Giraffa Camelopardalis

My science discovery is on the human body. It takes the human body 12 hours to digest eaten food. Most adults have 32 teeth. The brain uses over a quarter of the oxygen in the human body. The heart beats around 100000 a day. The smallest bone in the human body is found in the ear it is the stirrup, and it is 2.8 millimeters long.
