Well known as the collar bone among our bones is the clavicle. One of the clavicle's surrounding bones is the scapula. The clavicle is most often interpereted as a bone of the shoulder.
This is a slightly long bone with two curves. The clavicle is bordered twice and has two surfaces. One the lateral end, there are the trapezius muscle, deltoid muscle, and the coracoclavicular ligament. On the medial end, subclavius muscle, pectoralis major muscle, costoclavicular ligament, and the sternocleidomastoid muscle. "The most commonly fractured bone in the body." The only horizontal long bone in the body. This bone travels from our neck until our shoulder.
This bone assists with the works of our shoulder. It is a common place for fracture. This bone is not just a bone, its more.
Ebola

Ebola is a deadly virus brought to the United States from Africa. There are many terrible symptoms brought on by this virus. 90% of Ebola victoms are killed by the virus. This is a hazard to anyone around the virus.
Some of the crude symptoms of this virus include, a high fever and massive internal bleeding or bleeding inside the body. This disease is capable of causing a bloody fever (hemorrhagic fever). This disease is most commonly found in countries in Africa. The largest outbreak in West Africa occured in fall 2014. It was the most widespread out break. How the virus first appears on a human is unknown. Humans don't carry the disease, the first person becomes infected by an infected animal. Contact by bodily fluids can spread the virus. After coming in contact with the disease, the symptoms can occur or start to occur between 2 and 21 days. Initial symptoms include, headache, high fever, stomach aches, muscle pains, and diarherra.
This disease is frightening but we are lucky and fairly safe in America. The chances of you, or me, or someone in United States being diagnosed with the Ebola virus is very slim. It is very slim with the help of our health care providers. In fact, two Americans returned from West Africa with the virus and were later released, virus free. Yes, a patient was diagnosed with Ebola and died later, but there are still survivors. The nurse that cared for a patient was later diagnosed with the virus at the same hospital, and was later released, virus free.
Ebola is deadly, but there are survivors. Ebola is a serious virus that is unlikely to spread widely or outbreak in the U.S. like it has in Africa.
