The Honey Bee 2/10/15

Honey Bees come from Southeast Asia including the Philippines. Honey Bees are Black and Yellow weighing approximately 0.5 grams. Typically Honey Bees eat pollen and nectar from flowers. The reason the bees make hives is because that is what they use to store honey and feed themselves through the winter. This is the Honey Bee.

The Robin 3/23/15
The American robin also known as Turdus migratorius is a migratory bird of the thrush family. It is named after the European robin because of its reddish orange breast even though the two species are not closely related. It is the state bird of Connecticut, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The American robin is active mostly during the day and assembles in large flocks at night. It eats just about all insects including worms, beetles, and grubs. This is the robin.
