Topic: Water evaporation
Water evaporation is what happens when the volume of water is decreased when the molecules go into the air. Water evaporation happens faster when water is heated because the water molecules speed up and break apart more easily. When the water molecules are cooled, they dont break apart as easily, therefore taking longer to evaporate.
Topic: Water condensation
Example: Ice on outside of glass.
Water condensation happens when water forms the outside of the glass, creating a fog-like texture on the outside of the glass. If the glass is cold enough, that condensation may freeze! It freezes because the water molecules in the air are attracted to the ones on the can, and assuming the temperture on the can is lower than 32 degrees, the water may freeze!
