Today Im going to be doing my science discovery on the hammerhead shark. The hammerhead sharks come from the family sphyrnidae. They are named for their flattened heads. Hammerheads are found world wide along warm coastlines. Hammerheads swim together in schools during the day. The become solitary hunters at night. They are normally light gray and have a greenish tint to them. Their bellies are white. Reproduction only happens once a year for the hammerheads, and usually the male shark bites the female till she agrees to mate with him.She usually produces 12-15 pups. Once the baby's are born they are on their own. They swim together until they are big enough and old enough to live on their own. They eat fish, squid, octopus, crustaceans, and other sharks.

Roses. Roses are flowers, these flowers have sharp prickers. They are anywhere from 5-15 centimeters tall. These flowers usually have 4-5 petals, and their colors are white, pink, red, and yellow. Some perfumes can be made from the roses. The hip of the rose can be made into soup, jam, and jelly! These roses have something called rose hip seed oil. This oil is used in some makeup products.
