I did my science discovery on the Black bear(Ursus americanus) is a medium-sized bear native to North America.It is the smallest bear in North America and most widely distributed species of bears.Their diet is omnivore which means they both eat meat and plants,they eat berries,birdseed,and meat.They live in largely forested areas,but do leave in search of food. Sometimes they become attracted to human communities because of the immediate availability of food. The American black bear is the world's most common bear species. There is also the cinnamon bear it is also closely related to the Black bear. The weight of this brute is 57–250 kg , while females weigh 33% less at 41–170 kg (90–375 lb).
