I was in Erie this weekend with my friend camping and we went to this wine making place and obsessively they make wine there. we got to go in where they make the wine but they had all the barrels cleaned out because winter is coming. there is this machine that puts the wine a glass bottle and then it puts a sealer on the bottle. Then the machine heats the cap to form it to the bottle. Then the machine puts a cork in the bottle. but before the wine can go in the bottles it has to be stored for three years in a wooden oak barrel. the oak barrel gives the wine more flavor. Also the barrels can be only three times. after three times the barrel loses its flavor. That is my science discovery.

For my science discovery I put white vinegar and vegetable oil in a jar and found that it made a line between the two items. Then I put a egg in the jar (raw) and it got stuck in the line between the items. Then i added Mountain Dew and it did nothing. So I cracked the egg and put the yolk in and it sank. Two days later it started to float. Then the third day it floated all the way to the top of the liquid, but today my mom throw it away because it started to smell.

When I was at my friends house one day I saw this plant. so I asked him what it was and he said bamboo. At the bottom it was straight but then at the top it had a weird curl. It was bright green but not to bright. The plant was in a vase with water but I couldn't find any soil in the vase. I only saw rocks, water, and the plant. It comes from Feng Shui and it is called lucky bamboo. Lucky bamboo is a member of the lily family.
