For my Science Discovery this week I did a plant called a Sumac (Rhus). Yesterday afternoon, I was riding my four-wheeler and happened to see a reddish cone type flower with leaves growing on a small tree. I asked my family about it and my uncle said that it was a Sumac. I looked it up and it turns out that the Sumac is used for many seasonings and flavorings. It is also very common in North America and Africa.
