However, the observer has to catch them in just the right angle (42°) in order to see them. Most people don't realize that when seeing a rainbow the sun is actually behind you and the droplets a-front. this means no matter how hard you or an observer tries, you can never really reach the end of the rainbow.

we close our eyes when sneezing because it is an involuntary reflex. When our brain sends the "message" we ultimately close our eyes. This is simply just an uncontrolled body response. Sneezing with your eyes open is nearly impossible without prying our eyes open with our fingers. Yes it is possible to sneeze with our eyes open but it takes to working against the reflex. This however is very difficult because our body puts in most all it's strength to cleaning out our airways.
