10 6 14 I did my science discovery on coyotes my buddy and i were riding four wheeler's and when we got to the spot we got out a coyote call to try to call one in i started to call for at least 5 minutes and all the sudden a head popped out of the tall grass about ten yards from us i told my buddy don't move an inch or it will run don't even look at it and then it put its head back under the grass and vanished
10/14/14 i did my science discovery on the black squirrel i was walking in the woods and saw something running it was black and quite small and it was a black squirrel and i was trying to get a look at it and then it went into the hole in the tree and another one came out to see and my grampa told me to sit still and i would come to us and he pulled out some peanuts and threw the nuts close to the squirrel it seemed spooked but took it and he threw one more then he set the bag down about a foot away .

i did my science discovery on the blue jay i was watching the bird feeder in the morning and it was very foggy and there was something on the bird feeder it was about 7 inches tall. when the fog cleared up there was a nest on the feeder so i watched it for about an hour here and a blue jay landed in it i thought it was amazing. it just bent over and picked out food and feed it to the baby's it was really cool
