For my science discovery this week I made an observation. When I was hiking in the woods I saw a big charcoal gray leaf falling from a tree about 30 feet away. I guess it was a bird because 5 feet from the ground out came a pair of wings and it flew away. I saw it happen about three more times, but couldn't find out what type of bird it was. I chose this for my science discovery because I liked the way the birds took flight.
