Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other organisms to convert light energy, normally from the sun into chemical energy that can be released to fuel the organisms activities.this chemical energy is stored in sugars to keep organisms running strong. Photosynthesis starts when the sunlight hits a living organism and it produces sugar through out the leaves and stem that generate life inside to keep the plant alive. the roots take up any water that could help produce the sugar. photosynthesis is important to our earth because without it our plants wouldn't project off enough energy or oxygen
11-15-14 what causes pop to explode when you drop mentos into it? usually coke, but the science experiment to drop mentos into pop has created may questions. "why does the mento make the pop fizz?" "are there any other candies that do this?" well the answer to those questions are, the coke fizzes or any other pop fizzes is caused by a physical reaction.. debated for many years that is was chemical. when the meto is dropped into the pop the bubbles react to the mento because of all the carbon dioxide in the soda. the explanation scientists have is that this process is called nucleation. all that means is that all the fizz and bubbles climbs up the contraption looking for a way out. i have tried this experiment many times and sometimes have gotten different reactions. your soda needs to be fresh, it cannot be flat. when your soda is flat that means that your carbon dioxide is low and you wont get a strong reaction. (fizzing will not be as strong as it would with fresh soda.)
11-17-14 facts on hair. a lot of people now days from ages 7-adults most likely girls are all about their hair. they want it colored differently or they want it curly or strait or they want it longer or shorter, mostly all girls have something they want changed with their hair. but have you ever wondered what your hair is made out of? our hair as humans is made out of dead cells. as we grow we develop more and more hair. as you know it tells us apart boy from girl. when we were babies we didn't have much hair that is because our scalps grow as we grow when your head stops growing,however we don't grow any more hair.. you may think that's crazy but that's the truth. if you had lost all of your hair you'd grow it back but you wouldn't have more than you did. everyone's hair is different, we just have to learn to except that.
