My science discovery is on mini pinschers, The mini pinschers originally came from Germany. The breed's earliest ancestors may have included the German pinschers mixed with the Italian greyhounds and dachshunds. Some of there nicknames are min pin,and king of toys. They should be between 10 and 12 1/2 inches in height. The ideal weight is 8-10 pounds. Available colors include solid red, stage red, blue stage red, chocolate stage red, black, chocolate. They are really energetic dogs and people advise fenced in yards for them to run in. They are great escape artist.

9/1/14This summer when I was camping my cousins and I found a purple mushroom. I looked them up and found they are called cortinarius iodes. Also known as the spotted cort or the viscid violet cort. They are a species of agaric fungus in the family cortinariacae. The cap is bell shaped. The cap is slimy and smooth and has a lilac or purplish color. The flesh is white firm and thin. The color fades in maturity and the cap develops irregular spots, or become yellowish in the center. Gills are attached to the stem ans packed closely together. They are purplish when they are young but become rust brown when they mature. That's what I found out about the cortinarius iodes.

Chickens with crooked toes? I was in my chicken coop petting my chickens when I noticed that some of them have crooked toes. I thought it was interesting and looked it up. It said that there are 4 known causes of crooked toes. Chicks get crooked toes at an early age. They will walk on sides of their toes. The causes are Genetic/hereditary,floor of the booder is to cold, wire floors uses for rearing, and incorrect incubation temp.

Chipmunks are small striped rodents of the family Sciuridae. All species of chipmunks are found in north America with the exception of the Siberian chipmunk witch is found in Asia. Chipmunks have a omnivorous diet primarily consisting of seed, nuts and other fruits and buds. They also commonly eat grass, shoots, and other kinds of plant matter, as well as fungi, insects and other arthopods, small frogs, worms and bird eggs. Eastern chipmunks mate in the early spring and again in the early summer, producing litters of four or five young twice each year. Western chipmunks only mate once a year. The young emerge from the burrow after about 6 weeks and
strike out on there own within the next 2 week.

Today my science discovery is going to be on the panamanian golden frog. The colors usually range from yellow green to gold with some black dots on their back and legs. Females are usually larger than males. They are capable of secreting poison.
